WTF President several times visited St. Petersburg with working visits: to open the parataekwondo World Cup and European Championship in Taekwondo in 2010, to participate in the preparation of the World Martial Arts Games in 2013. He always gave the highest mark to the level of development of Taekwondo in Russia, noted the high level of organization of the competitions in St. Petersburg.

I believe that Taekwondo is the Korean gift to the world whole world. This is not just a sport, it is the style and philosophy of life with great potential to grow.
