Taekwondo WT Team Sparring is an Olympic taekwondo discipline, which attracts the spectators, first of all by its visual appeal and unpredictable character. Its main difference from traditional combats is that all the athletes take part in the combat. They enter the dojang one by one. The match goes on without pausing. The points gained by every member of the team are summed up.
In 2019, the team tournament prize is the Cup of the Consul General of the Republic of Korea in St. Petersburg. The finals of the tournament will take place on the 5th of October at 6 p.m. as part of the official opening ceremony of the Baltic Sea Cup Martial Arts Festival.
